Mutterschutzgürtel helfen? Brauche Beratung.

Ich bin klein, ich bin 19 Wochen alt und zeige nicht viel, aber mir wurde gesagt, ich solle einen Stützgürtel tragen. Sie gaben mir eine kleine, aber ich denke, es ist zu groß. Irgendein Rat? Der Gürtel ist ein kleines orthopädisches Pro lite.

    19 weeks is somewhat early to be needing a support belt so they probably selected a size that will work as you continue to get bigger rather than buying an XS and having to get a small later. I hope it's helping though!

    If your Dr said to wear it I would try, but it didn't work for me. My Dr also recommend one (at 33 weeks due to severe back/hip pain because I am short also) but it was more uncomfortable than the pain. For me it wither squashed my belly too much, pulled my back, or dug into my hips. Everyone is different though.
